Please accept my sincere thank you for moving my mother, Este this past week from apartment 360 to 310. It was hospitality that exceeded my expectation that you’d provide that service. When mom shared her intention to look at new rooms, I understood her desire to have a new view and location following the death of my father. I was however not looking forward to packing up her possessions again, one short year after moving mom and dad out of the farm to Westpark Village. She is happy in her new apartment and loves the view of trees.
It has been a period of adjustment, especially for my mother to relinquish some of her independence. I’m so thankful for your help with the move. Mom raves about the food, activities and helpful, kind staff at Westpark Village. She’s started to use your transportation service which pleases me too! Mom has shared how open, transparent and inclusive of resident feedback you personally have been. I know from my executive experience that creating that kind of culture starts at the top!

A special thank you to “all” at Westpark Village who made my 85th birthday a memorable one. The card was so pretty and I really appreciated the book which I will use for a diary and appointments.
The servers, kitchen staff and Bill sang Happy Birthday to me at dinner. That was so special. The dinner held for all of the August birthdays and anniversaries was delightful and fun. Thank you again for all you do,

Once again your kindness and generosity has touched my life and made it better. Thank you for allowing Bill and I to use the “guest” room while we were in town for my 45th class reunion. It was comfortable and convenient for all our coming and goings. The use of the room allowed us to see mom yet not invade her space. I so appreciate your thoughtfulness.

Just wanted to thank you and your staff for the excellent care you'd providing for my dad. My husband and I spent 4 days in Billings, and we were able to take out Dad for lunch, drives, and visits in his apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our time together. A special thank you to Stacie, Katie, new staffers Courtney and Kayla. They were such a joy to watch working with my dad. My family and I are very appreciative of everything you and your staff do!
